Our ' Signature ' penyet are: Ayam Penyet, Udang Penyet, Empal Penyet, Lele Penyet, Bakso Penyet and others. Our 'Signature' penyet is prepared with fresh ingredients such as chicken, shrimp, meats and natural spices such as kunyit, jintan, buah keras, bumbu ayam, bawang, daun salam, lengkuas and ketumbar. After a traditional deep fried, it will Smash and served with cucumber, long beans, tofu, tempe fried and fresh cabbage.
